1. Refund and Return Policy

Due to the nature of digital products and services, we do not offer refunds for any subscription plans or purchases once payment has been processed and access granted.

2. Exceptional Cases

Refunds may only be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment charged to the same account.
  • Technical failure preventing access to the services, verified and acknowledged by Scrubly’s technical team.
  • Involuntary subscription renewal where cancellation request was submitted before the renewal date but not processed in time.
