Delete your account

How to delete your Scrubly account and data. You can delete your Scrubly account and its data at any time.

01Delete from the app

  1. Open the Scrubly app and sign in.
  2. Go to Account and tap Delete Account.
  3. Enter your password and confirm.

02Can't open the app?

Email us from the email address you registered with, using the subject Delete my account. We will delete the account linked to that address.

03What is deleted

  • Your profile: name, email, phone number and photo
  • Your study history: attempts, results, study plans and notes
  • Your messages: group chats, direct messages and AI chat history
  • Your subscriptions and saved bank details

04What is kept

Payment and transaction records are kept for accounting and legal purposes.

05When

Your account stops working as soon as you delete it, and it is permanently deleted within 90 days of your request.
